Those whom you consider your own are swindlers. They keep you so trapped in their love and affection for the whole life that you come to your senses only when the Yamdoots of Dharmaraj stand in front of your eyes and shout ‘Come on brother’! Who can help or help us at that time?
Gurunanak Sahib says;
“Without name there is no companion”
No one will go with us except earning that “name”, no one will help or help us….!

मेरे परमात्मा कहते हैँ
जिन्हेँ तुम अपना समझे बैठे हो, वह ठग हैँ। वह सारी उम्र तुम्हेँ अपने मोह और प्यार मेँ इतना फंसाकर रखते हैं कि होश ही तुम्हें उस वक्त आता है, जब धर्मराज के यमदूत आंखों के आगे आकर खड़े हो जाते हैं और आवाज देते हैं कि ‘चल भाई’ ! उस वक्त कौन हमारी सहायता या मदद कर सकता है ?
गुरुनानक साहिब कहते हैं ;
“बिन नामै को संग न साथी”
उस “नाम” की कमाई के सिवाय कोई हमारे साथ नहीं जायेगा, कोई हमारी सहायता या मदद नहीं करेगा….!
